The Kansas Department of Revenue no longer makes paper tax forms and instructions available for us to distribute, so if you do not plan to file online, call KDR’s voice mail request line at 785-296-4937 or email forms@kdor.state.ks.us to request a paper form. Allow two weeks for delivery.
